Terms of Service
Last updated
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Weaver (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be legally able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Use of the service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service. Your use is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Your keys & content
Weaver operates on a bring-your-own-keys model. You retain ownership of your code, content, and model-provider credentials. You are responsible for your use of third-party model providers and for any charges they levy. We process your content only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
5. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
